These terms govern your use of Smartass Prompts (smartassprompts.com), operated by MFGSEO LLC, Cedar Park, Texas. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Prompts are provided as-is

All prompts and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy.

2. No guarantee of results

AI tools are unpredictable and so is business. We don’t guarantee any particular output, revenue, ranking, or result from using our prompts. Review AI-generated output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, or tax matters; it is not professional advice.

3. Using our prompts

You may use, copy, and adapt prompts from the site for your own personal or business use. You may not republish or resell the library, or substantial parts of it, as a competing collection without our written permission.

4. Your submissions

When you submit a prompt, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant MFGSEO LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, edit, publish, and display it on the site and related channels (such as the newsletter). We may credit you, edit it, or decline to publish it at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you submit.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or its forms to submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful content; spam us; scrape or overload the site; attempt to break its security; or interfere with other people’s use of it. We may remove content or block access for violations.

6. Sponsorship disclosure

Some content, placements, or newsletter mentions may be sponsored. Sponsored content will be clearly labeled. Sponsorship does not mean we endorse every claim a sponsor makes; do your own homework. Sponsorship terms and any payments are agreed separately with sponsors.

7. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to AI tools and other third-party sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFGSEO LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or its prompts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MFGSEO LLC against claims arising from content you submit or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
