Trust Check Before You Use It

Review the answer you just gave me before I use it for {purpose} (e.g., a website service page (e.g., for Firehouse Animal Health Center, a vet in Leander, TX)). List: any facts, numbers or claims I should double-check, anything you guessed or assumed, anything that could embarrass my business or break a rule, and what's missing. Be blunt.

Tip: fill in the {brackets}

Swap every highlighted bit for your real details before you paste. The more specific you are, the less generic the answer.

What it does

Reviews the previous answer for facts and claims to double-check, guesses and assumptions, potential reputational or rule-related risks, and missing information. Requests blunt feedback based on your intended use.

When to use it

Use it before publishing, sending or relying on an AI answer for a business purpose.

Example result

Example inputs: - purpose: publishing the AI-written pet dental cleaning page (see the Local Service Page example) on Firehouse Animal Health Center Leander's website Example output: Double-check before publishing - "30-minute appointments": confirm it applies to dental consults too. - "Phone answered 24/7": accurate per your site, but make sure it doesn't read as a 24-hour emergency hospital. - Anesthesia and dental x-ray details: left as [CHECK]; your vets must fill these in. Things I assumed - That you clean teeth for both cats and dogs (your site says you care for both). - That estimates are given at the pre-dental exam. Could embarrass you or break a rule - Any health claim ("prevents heart disease") would need careful wording; Texas veterinary advertising rules apply. - No prices should appear unless they're current. What's missing - A real photo of your dental suite - Your booking link - Post-cleaning home-care tips, which would make the page more useful and help it rank

FAQ

Why do I need to specify the purpose?

The intended use helps frame the review. A public advertisement may raise different concerns from an internal planning note.

Does this verify the facts or confirm compliance?

No. It asks for items that need checking and possible risks, not independent verification or a compliance determination.

Rough Ask to Clear Prompt

I want AI to help with this, but I'm not sure how to ask: {rough idea} (e.g., "help me get more people to my brewery on weeknights" for Slot-T Beer Co., a brewpub in Liberty Hill, TX). Rewrite my request as a clear prompt that says who it's for, what I want, the format, the length and the tone. Ask me up to 3 questions first if anything important is missing.

Fix a Bad Answer

Your last answer wasn't right because {what's wrong: too long, too generic, wrong tone, missed the point} (e.g., too generic (e.g., a Facebook post for Round Rock Donuts that never mentioned Round Rock or the 1926 history)). Keep what worked, fix what didn't, and give me a new version. Then tell me in one line what I could add to my prompt next time to get it right the first time.

My Business Context Card

Help me write a short 'about my business' note (e.g., for Comanche Trail Veterinary Center, a veterinarian in Liberty Hill, TX) I can paste at the start of any AI chat. Ask me about: what I sell, who my customers are, where I operate, my prices, my tone of voice, and words I never want used. Then give me the finished note in under 150 words.
