Why it works: It forces one promise, three benefits and a deadline: everything a customer reads, nothing they skip.
The prompt
Here's my offer: {offer} (e.g., a $99 AC tune-up + indoor air quality assessment from Austin Air Conditioning, an HVAC company serving Round Rock, TX) for {customer type} in {city}. Rewrite it as a one-line promise, 3 benefits in plain words, and a reason to buy this week. No jargon.
Example result
Promise: Beat the Round Rock heat before it beats your AC: a full tune-up and air quality check for $99.
Benefit: Catch small problems now, before a no-cool emergency in July.
Why this week: Book this week and you'll be done before the rush.
2. Google Business Profile Description
Example business: Comanche Trail Veterinary Center, Liberty Hill, TX
Why it works: It covers what Google and customers look for, inside Google's 750-character limit.
The prompt
Write a Google Business Profile description for {business} (e.g., Comanche Trail Veterinary Center, a veterinarian in Liberty Hill, TX) in {city}: what we do, who we serve, service areas, and what makes us different. Under 750 characters, natural keywords, no keyword stuffing.

4. Inquiry Quick Reply

Why it works: Answer, two qualifying questions, next step. The fastest good reply usually wins the job.

Write a fast first reply to a new lead asking about {service} (e.g., pet boarding at Liberty Hill Animal Hospital in Liberty Hill, TX). Thank them, answer {question} briefly, ask 2 qualifying questions, and suggest a next step (call/booking link {link}).

Tip of the week
Give the AI a word limit and a format (for example, "under 80 words, 3 bullets"). Without one, it pads. With one, you get something you can actually paste. Every prompt in the library does this on purpose.
